Background questions & Follow Ups

Please ask the client the following background questions to understand what types of harm they may have experienced.

If the client answers “yes” to any of these, you should then ask a few additional questions to assess basic eligibility for that type of claim. 

When asking follow-up questions, keep in mind the four key details we need at this early stage:

Who? What? When? Where?
